The savvy Wall Street veteran has focused on building a team of culture specialists with their finger on the pulse. She’s also made bets on companies including Charles D. King’s Macro and L.A.-based Mucho Mas Media, the banner behind the period golf drama “The Long Game,” which reached No. 1 on Netflix in July 2024. Mucho Mas is developing with Sony Pictures Entertainment a “La Bamba” feature. Clarke Soares has been active as an investor and entrepreneur in music. She previously founded Tempo Music, which struck strategic alliances with Warner Music Group and Providence Equity Partners. Clarke Soares is a 20-year veteran of Wall Street and finance. She spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley, rising to managing director focused on entertainment media and sports. Before that she helped launch the entertainment practice at CIT Group.
