THE ESSENTIAL FIGURE celebrates humanity through the human figure with very high-quality works of art. This show began when several local galleries who had nude exhibits closed their doors, leaving a void in the show circuit. This show provides an opportunity for figurative artists to show, and sell, their work, which in many cases they are not allowed to as many of the pieces are nude.
